Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 2026

Welcome to MarinerPro™. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

General Application Use & "As-Is" Provision

MarinerPro™ is designed to assist maritime professionals. However, the application is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

• Connectivity: We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the application or our cloud-sync infrastructure.
• Offline Usage: Seafarers frequently operate in low-connectivity environments. Cached data (including regulations, financial data, and troubleshooting guides) may become outdated. MarinerPro™ accepts no liability for operational delays, compliance failures, or decisions made relying on outdated offline data.

Not Professional Advice

• Financial Tools: Features tracking global stock markets, mutual funds, and foreign exchange rates are strictly informational. We are not a licensed broker or financial advisor.
• Health & Wellbeing: The mental wellbeing, self-care, and cabin yoga modules are not substitutes for professional medical, psychiatric, or physical therapy advice.

AI Capabilities & Technical Accuracy

• Operational Safety: AI tools must never be used for safety-critical vessel communications, legal documentation, or as a replacement for official Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manuals and the vessel’s Safety Management System (SMS).

Privacy Policy & Cloud Data Sync

• Data Principal Rights: You retain full ownership of your personal data. You can permanently purge your user profile and data instantly at any time via the in-app 'Delete My Account' control. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request full account and data deletion by emailing operations@mymarinerpro.com.
• Data Sharing: MarinerPro™ respects your privacy. We do not sell your personal data, wishlists, or app usage metrics to third-party marketing agencies.

Delivery Policy

Digital Delivery (Software & eSIMs)

MarinerPro™ delivers software access, premium subscription upgrades, and eSIM profiles purely in digital format. Access to premium tiers, offline tools, and digital data plans is activated instantly within the mobile application upon successful payment confirmation. No physical goods are sold, and therefore no physical shipping is required or provided for any items.

Refunds & Cancellations

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your MarinerPro™ Premium subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the conclusion of your current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the standard free access level.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our instant-sync offline databases and toolsets:

• Recurring subscription payments and one-time digital eSIM purchases are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced or a profile is generated.
• Exceptional refund requests (e.g., duplicate charges due to network errors during vessel satellite transmission) will be reviewed case-by-case within 7 days of billing.

DMCA & Copyright Policy

MarinerPro™ functions as an information aggregator. News headlines, public regulatory notices, flag state advisories, and OEM service bulletins are retrieved from publicly accessible feeds and linked directly to their original publishers.
